SVAT app privacy policy
For the SVAT iOS app. Updated September 28, 2026.
Your listening stays on your device
SVAT is created and operated by Charlie Winkler. The app stores your named mixes, favorites and journal entries on your device. It does not send your listening history, mix names, journal text, frequency settings or breathing choices to us. You do not need a separate SVAT account.
Subscriptions through Apple
Apple processes subscription payments using your Apple Account. SVAT reads Apple-verified subscription information on your device to determine access. We do not receive your payment-card details. Apple may provide the developer with sales and financial reports through its own services. Apple handles information under its privacy policy.
No advertising or recording
This version does not include advertising or third-party analytics. It does not request microphone, camera, contacts or location access. The landscapes in the app are creative visualizations; they do not use your location.
Managing local data
Delete individual saved mixes from My mixes and journal entries from Journal. Journal entries remain available without an active subscription. You can clear all saved mixes and favorites from Help and privacy; this does not delete your journal. The journal has no separate passcode and is not separately encrypted by SVAT. Removing local data does not cancel a subscription. Device backups are managed by your operating system; SVAT does not provide its own cloud sync.
Contact and external links
If you email support@svatcasadragon.com, we receive the information you choose to send and use it to answer your request. Please do not include payment-card details or sensitive health information. We retain correspondence only as needed for support and applicable recordkeeping. You can contact us about access to or deletion of that correspondence. Opening an external website or your email app is subject to that service's privacy practices.
Policy updates
Effective September 26, 2026. We will update this notice if the app’s data practices change. Questions about privacy can be sent to our support address.
