How can we help?
For help with SVAT, contact support@svatcasadragon.com. Include the app version, your iPhone or iPad model and a description of the issue. Please do not send payment-card details or sensitive health information.
Listen and shape the sound
Choose a meditation and press Play. Begin with its prepared mix, then adjust the tones, pulse and atmosphere. Use stereo headphones at a comfortable level. Breathing guides are optional.
Restore subscription access
Open About and choose Restore purchases using the Apple Account that purchased your subscription. An internet connection is required. If Apple shows an active subscription but you cannot listen, contact support.
Manage or cancel
Open About and choose Manage subscription, or use your Apple Account subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Apple handles payment and refund requests.
Your saved mixes
Mixes and favorites stay on the device where you save them. Your subscription can be restored on another device, but personal mixes do not sync between devices. You can delete a saved mix or clear all saved settings in Help and privacy.
Offline listening
Sound is included in the app. Your existing subscription access is verified by StoreKit on your device. Buying, restoring, loading prices and updating subscription information require an internet connection.
